Jack Goldsmith, Harvard Law School Professor, co-founder of Lawfare, President George W. Bush’s Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel from 2003–2004 and Special Counsel to DoD from 2002–2003, join Jill Wine-Banks and Victor Shi for our latest episode of Intergenerational Politics. Together, we discuss “After Trump: Reconstructing the Presidency,” a book that Professor Goldsmith co-wrote, which explores the issues raised by Trump’s presidency and solutions to fix them. His co-author is Bob Bauer, President Obama’s White House Counsel, and like Goldsmith, Bauer is a law professor, but at NYU.
